This page explains what personal data cornerlab.me collects, why, and what you can do about it.

Through the contact form: your name, email address, subject and message. Only the email address and the message are required.
Through browsing: the hosting provider records technical connection data, including your IP address, in its server logs. This is automatic and standard for any website.
No profiling, tracking or advertising data is collected on this site.
Contact form data is used solely to read and reply to your message. The legal basis is your consent, given by ticking the box before sending (Art. 6.1.a GDPR). You can withdraw it at any time by writing to the address above.
Server logs are processed on the basis of legitimate interest in keeping the site available and secure (Art. 6.1.f GDPR).
Form delivery — SimplyForms (operated from the Czech Republic). Messages are relayed to my inbox and are not stored by the service. A data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is in place. Processing takes place within the European Economic Area.
Hosting — GitHub Pages (GitHub, Inc., United States). Serving this site involves an international transfer of connection data to the United States, covered by the transfer mechanisms under Chapter V GDPR that the provider declares in its own privacy documentation.
No data is sold, rented or shared with anyone else.
Messages sent through the form arrive in my email inbox and stay there while the conversation is useful. They are deleted when they no longer serve a purpose. Since SimplyForms does not store submissions, no copy remains with the service after delivery.
You can ask to access, rectify or erase your data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive it in a portable format. Write to contact@cornerlab.me and I will reply within one month.
If you are not satisfied with how a request was handled, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD), www.aepd.es.
This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics.
It does use your browser's local storage to remember your language and visual theme (light or dark) choices between visits.
If what the site does with data changes, this page changes with it and the date below is updated.
